Can I breastfeed my 6th month old baby just after the covishield covid vaccination dose?

Yes can be given.
Child may get fever in 1 or 2 day (may be one or two spikes of fever), not compulsory. It is due to vaccination, not related to Breastfeeding.
So continue breastfeeding.
