Breast pain, lump
I have very intense, sharp, shooting pain since a month in both breasts, with lump/hardening in left brest. Thinking of it as PMS, i ignored it as painful lumps aren't related to cancer. After my period the lump disappeared, but i have more intense pain. Extreme sharp pain, with nipple hardening. I yesterday noticed a potential lump which is also painful on my left hand armpit, without puss. I'm scared of it being Inflammatory Breast Cancer, but i dont have any orange peel texture, nipple discharge or rash. I also have noticed pain below my both brests, and sides and middle of my chest. Possibly ribcage pain. Also can this be because of wearing tight bra? Also I was in constant contact with people with M. tuberculosis, can i by chance have Breast Tuberculosis ? I'd like to know about breast tuberculosis symptoms as there's not much information available online. Ps. There's no fever or family history of cancer.

In stead of diagnosing with symptoms only, you should opt for ultrasound with mammogram screening. Chances of fibrocystic disease is more. Investigation will tell everything. Connect online for further queries.
