Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am 26 years old unmarried girl and since 5 days I am suffering from breast pain... My gynecologist prescribed estroplus and I have taken 8 days then I started developing pain thts y I stopped.. It's been 2 days I stopped medicine still I have pain... I feel pain even in sleeping also like if I sleep side then it hurts.. No lumps nothing.. No swelling... Physical examination is also done by Dr and suggested me to take calpol 650 tab but pain is not going... If I apply heat I feel better... Please suggest me why this is happening and remedies also.. I am bit worried bcz of this pain.. Note: irregular periods and last periodbdate is 21 Sept... And periods came after having tabs for 21 days(yamini).
