Breast milk supply is very low

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My baby is 3 months old, my breast milk supply is very low even sometimes there is no milk , I m trying lactonic Granules also but no result, now my baby is on formula milk similac , can I start cow milk to my baby, is it true formula milk makes baby weak?

Its a very common concern most mothers have. However most often it is just a perception because baby cries even after a feed. Remember at thus age babies cry for lot of other reasons than hunger. If the baby s passing enough urine and there's increase in weight then it is probably sufficient. Cow's milk is not recommended below 1 year and definitely Breast milk makes baby strong!
