Dear parents, With the birth of baby, every mother is equipped full of milk. Only need is follow below rules. 1,check nipples are properly formed. 2,Have positive thought. 3,allow baby to suck both nipples one by one, initially one hourly and then as demand. 4,drink adequate water to remain hydrated. 5,there is no term like, I have in sufficient milk, every mother is having ample milk, only need is, she have attitude to feed her baby, sucking with proper latching is necessary, 6,drink milk both times.
