Breast milk can be used at room temperature from 4-6 hours of expression. If stored In the refrigerator 2-8 degrees C can be used upto 24 hours. Get it to room temperature before using. Breast milk collected in special bags can be frozen and used upto 3 months in breast milk banking. Silicone nipples can be cleaned with soap and water thoroughly but sterilise in boiling water for 5 minutes before using on the bottle after attaining room temperature.

Store breast milk in food-grade glass or BPA-free plastic containers and bags.At room temperature (up to 25°C), the milk lasts for up to 4 hours.In the refrigerator (4°C), it remains safe for use for up to 4 days.Wash silicone nipples after every use with warm, soapy water and a brush.Ensure you scrub the tip thoroughly to remove any dried milk residue.Sterilize them daily by boiling for five minutes or using a steam sterilizer.
