Hi Doctor, Good Day My friend is suffering from breast Mastis with abscess. Last 20 days back lump was operated and removed by general surgeon But now it is has occurred again Reports say it is benign Dense mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate predominantly seen around ducts of varying size Few ducts show cells within lumen ,lining epithelium of ducts is effaced Few gaint cells noticed focally What are next steps How to stop it from re-occuring

See as per your history It's already removed So did they send the specimen for tuberculosis Examination Because in my current practice I have seen cases Where Patinets are responded to anti TB drugs So is it possible to come to nair hospital so we can see properly Or else near ur hospital show to the breast surgeon I have OPD one wensday in Nair hospital Breast Cancer OPD
