My friend is suffering from breast Mastis with abscess.
Last 20 days back lump was operated and removed by general surgeon
But now it is has occurred again
Reports say it is benign
Dense mixed inflammatory cell infiltrate predominantly seen around ducts of varying size
Few ducts show cells within lumen ,lining epithelium of ducts is effaced
Few gaint cells noticed focally
What are next steps
How to stop it from re-occuring
