Please suggest some lactation supplement to increase quantity of milk, my baby is 2 months old  ,he reject formula milk so it's very Difficult now to fullfill his hunger. I feel my milk supply is decreased

Gud morning,can u pls share with me how's your dietary pattern of daily,lack of proper sleep,less water intake n improper food habits,some sort of stress,any medicine use affects breast milk production,so pls try to modify your lifestyle routine.Try to use raw n ripe papaya,fenugreek seeds,garlic in your diet to increase breast milk production.Pls don't do crash dieting,try to have a healthy balanced diet.no supplement will help u out try to follow a natural process.
