Breast cancer spread to liver

Asked for Female, 65 Years

Hi doctor, my grand mother is suffering with breast cancer. Doctor suggested for chemotherapy with 4 cycle but tumor doesn't shinked. Again done 4 more chemotherapy with Picataxol. And Anclogyst suggested for surgery. Now we again done the all Medica tests and found some cancer cells spread to liver (this is not found in first time scan) . Now doctor is saying operation is not possible and suggested for 3rd level chemotherapy. My concern is after 8 Chemotherapy's why it's spread to other argans. And is this curable now and how many year she can alive. Please suggest..

It's seems to be resistant to chemotherapy. It's not curable now. Would like to know ER PR her2nu status of the disease. Most probably she might have 6 mts to a yr generally will be able to predict better with ER PR her2nu status
