Hi
I am Thejeswar. I am a Medical and Hematooncologist. Sorry for the diagnosis. PET shows locoregional disease without any distant metastasis. Probably Stage 3 because of the satellite nodule (needs to be discussed with radiologist). Fortunately, it is curable. Treatment includes systemic therapy (chemotherapy and targeted therapy/immunotherapy), surgery and radiation. The type and number of systemic therapy depend on the type of breast cancer that the biopsy report can identify. The decision will be made after considering the patient's status, disease type and stage in a multi-disciplinary tumour board.
