Asked for Female, 50 Years

My aunt has a cyst in her left breast. And nipples are slightly tilted. No redness, itching, discharge etc other breast cancer symptoms are not present. But breast is slightly firm. What are the chances that she can have cancer? I am attaching here sonography report. Please reply.
