I am experiencing pain in right breast since Thursday evening... swelling and heaviness in entire breast... Friday night there was redness around nipple... difficulty in sleeping as stretch is causing pain... No previous history... periods not around...took paracetamol Friday night and slept... Some relief in pain and heaviness in morning...but now again in evening started feeling heaviness and pain...what should I do
