Breast cancer
I am a 16 years old girl and i'm very concerned that I have breast cancer.. One breast appears larger than the other and I found yellow discharge on my bra from both breasts. Also my nipples are very dry and cracked and on one side there is a dry, eczema feeling bump near the nipple. I'm unsure of breast cancer running in my family but I think i'd know if there was. Last night they we're extremely itchy and a bit painful too.

You need to show to dermatologist or a general surgeon. You shouldn't be scared as this is definitely not a cancer. But could be Paget's disease or eczema. Both need aggressive treatment or else may leads to problem after long time
