Two days back i was getting some pain on left chest I went to my family doctor he checked me said nothing to worry it is only bone pain Still he told me to do ECG which happens to be NORMAL Why do I get pain when I press breast bone under the brest

This could be harmless muscle or bone pain..However echo and treadmill test will be needed if not fine recently
