Breakouts in forehead and in my oily nos
I have never used any type of skin care product in my life till date. Since past one year I am getting small pimples/Acne or breakouts in my forehead and in my oily nose. These are leaving dark spots as an after effect. Should I consult a doctor and start a skin care routine?

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This could be Seborrheic dermatitis whose signs and symptoms may include Patches of greasy skin covered with flaky white or yellow scales or crust on the scalp, face and sides of the nose. If it is not resolving spontaneously then preferably consult a Dermatologist to prevent further progression of the lesions.
