Your sister took treatment for brain Tumor.
She can eat what ever she want, but should be less oil and less spices. Home cooked food.
High protein diet.

Although you didn't mention which part of the body she received radiation in, fatigue and weakness are common.
She will recover slowly over time.

She can be on healthy fresh diet..
Food resteictions depends on site treated..for example if abdomen little extra diet precautions may be needed ..as she may have sensitive intestines ...
Also keep a watch on comorbidities like diabetes and hypertension..
