This happens me frequently.When i wake up in the morning i recapped thoughts,actions,words spoken by me and words i recieved from others. This hurts me mentally. One more thing to be honest more than a rare: i think of others what people think of me if i say / give my opinion (the reason because: very often my family mamebrs used to laugh on me during my school and college days).And last i think of everything seriously ( i faced some rought moments during my childhood). Please give me advice.
