Hey i hit my head at the upper side of door i did not faint or anything but it did hurt this incident is about 1 month ago i did not faint anytime Can this incident anyway damage my brain no blood nothing

There could definitely be some internal injury or a small blood clot somewhere or just diffuse axonal injury. In such a case you see some neurological symptoms like headache, dizziness, vision problems, speech problems, some sensory deficit. If nothing has changed in a month symptoms wise Be rest assured. However a neurological examination is advised for And incase of such trauma, guidelines suggest to get a quick CT Brain to rule out Haemorrhage.
