Brahmi dosage
Hi, Currently I am giving fish oil(Brain IQ) to my daughter twice a day.But along with this I also want to give brahmi(internally and hair oil) to her.Can you please suggest how I can give her?

It is better to give a formula like Vidyarthi Amrit than just giving Brahmi. The formula helps improve all aspects of being Smart as it has many other balancing herbs. Badam Akhrot are also good.

Hello Ma'am don't worry U can give Brahmirasayana/Brahmrasayana 1/2 tsf bid with milk,u can massage with hair oil daily
