My heart beat stays between 52 to 58 range in resting position, although no symptoms of bradycardia, is there a way to increase resting heart rate to 70

Hope you are moderate personality , so your heart rate is maintaining below 60. If you add some slight fat increasing diet will boost up your heart rate.
Next Steps
try to add 40-50 mins exercises in daily base those will help you to maintain your heart rate

It is ok if ur heart rate is stable at the rate of 50-60 without sudden peaks. To keep urself fit u can go for yoga ,exercises,,walking, playing sports,etc which do not strain  exhaust u much.. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts . Sleep leisurely for 6-7 hrs.at night. Drink enough water 2-3 ltrs / day.
