Hello

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) can be quite distressing especially when it causes spinning sensations, dizziness on lying down, turning the head, or getting up from bed. The good news is that homeopathy offers gentle and effective support for such cases, addressing both the physical imbalance and the underlying cause.

Yes , its so thoughful to start homeopathy
BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) happens due to a disturbance in the inner ear balance mechanism — often when tiny calcium particles in the ear move into areas where they shouldn’t be. This causes the sudden spinning or dizziness, especially when changing positions like lying down, getting up, or turning in bed.
While conventional medicine focuses mainly on positional maneuvers and symptom control, Homoeopathy aims to correct the underlying imbalance in the vestibular system and improve the body’s natural stability response.
Many patients with recurrent BPPV notice that after individualized homeopathic care:
✅ The frequency and intensity of vertigo spells gradually reduce
✅ They feel more grounded and less anxious
✅ Associated symptoms like nausea, sleep disturbance, and fear of movement also improve.
Since every person’s triggers and constitution differ, treatment is not one-size-fits-all — I’d need to understand her complete case history (including her sleep, stress levels, medical background, etc.) to select a suitable remedy.
If you’d like, you can book an online consultation so I can assess her case in detail and guide you on a gentle, long-term management plan 🌸

BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) occurs when calcium carbonate crystals (otoconia) become dislodged from the inner ear, causing brief episodes of dizziness typically lasting less than 1 minute. Ensure a thorough evaluation to rule out Meniere's disease, as treatment approaches differ. If BPPV is confirmed, consult an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist for canalith repositioning procedures (CRP) to reposition the dislodged crystals. Post-procedure, homoeopathic medicines can effectively prevent recurrence and reduce episode frequency. Vitamin D supplements may be beneficial as adjunctive therapy. Medications like Vertin (betahistine) and antihistamines may provide temporary relief but do not address the underlying cause.
Next Steps
To ensure optimal treatment, please confirm the BPPV diagnosis has been definitively established through a thorough medical evaluation, including vestibular testing and imaging studies if necessary.
