My bp fluctuates alot my normal bp reading is 130/ 90 and sometimes its below 130/90 I take bp reading from digital machine and twice to thrice reading in one sitting Is it hypertension or normal ?

BP fluctuate during day with respect to our physical condition and activity. 130/90 is slightly high for your age. Exercise and salt restricted diet will help
