BP and eyes heaviness

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Dear sir/mam My father is 65 years old, he is having diabetes from past 10years but presently it is controlled. His normal BP is 110/70 but from past 4days it's being 140-150/75. He also had fever 99.7 F and heaviness in eyes with slight body pain which is now alright.I am worried about his BP which is presently 145/70 Kindly help and advice what he is suffering from.
