Bowel regularity
Doctor, I have no regular bowel movements due to immobility due to medical condition (bedridden). PLEASE suggest any Ayurvedic tablets or powder in order to have regular bowel movements.

This is due to constipation.
Next Steps
take fibre rich diet. take one tsf PANCHSAKAr   Churna  at bed time regularly with water. avoid fatty and spicy diet.

Triphala churn _ 1 teaspoon at night. Udaramrut vati - 2- 2 after meal. Diet. -Eat more green vegetables and Fiber fruits like Orange, cucumber, apple. And daily take butter milk. You consult me.
