Bow legs and arthritis
Im 43 yrs male,have bow legs since birth. My height is 4.3 ft short stature. Recently i visited orthopedic surgeon who told i hve arthritis. Also i hve knee pain. Can the bow legs be corrected thru exercises.

please share your full length xrays of knee with leg. no exercise can correct bowing. Arthritis occur early in patients with bow legs and this can be corrected only by surgery.

Please send a clinical picture and x-ray of your knee (both in standing). It all depends on the angle..mild bowing can be corrected with brace and exercise..but if bowing is severe it would not be possible..
