Borderline hypertensive with VSD
Hi , I'm a 19- year- old male with a VSD , I frequently measure my Blood pressure and it's often 140\100, is this considered as dangerous BP? especially for my condition (moderate VSD). My weight is normal.
I also feel a little palpitation and chest distortion after having a meal , I'm wondering about the cause.

The BP needs to be controlled by medication
For the VSD , you should ideally go for a closure as risk of Heart failure and infection of the heart increases with increasing age
