My son 6 year old diagnosed Vsd with rcc prolapse. Adviced for surgery. Is surgery required as vsd is small.

VSD has to be closed as it is causing RCC prolapse which will eventually cause severe Aortic Valve leakage. To prevent that, VSD has to be closed and RCC prolapse corrected.
