First of all check her BP if she is heart patient. Then check her shoulder movement if she is diabetic because frozen shoulder is common problem in case of diabetic patient. If there is issue in lifting n moving arm then visit to the Physiotherapist for this problem. Physiotherapy can help in improvement of pain like frozen shoulder.
