I am 25 year old male. i am working and it take to travel me 6-7 km walk in my office per day, i feel pain in my knee and bones too, kindly suggest me the best to get rid of it.

Pain usually occurs if you walk for long with poor posture .. Unnecessary stress comes over joints due to bad posture..
So visit a physiotherapy clinic.. Do muscle strengthening exercises and also exercises to improve your posture while sitting ,standing and walking...
