First u have to confirm whether u have bone tuberculosis or not... If u have u can start taking akt -4 ... As such it is not having any side effects over fertility... U can take.. But if u have tuberculosis increase your intake of protein..

Kindly do not stop prescribed akt4 treatment for any such reason unless severe side effects. Otherwise huge health problems will be seen ahead. Much more serious than infertility.
You will be fine if you continue and finish treatment in the recommended time. Until then do not worry about infertility.
