Environmental contribution to facial variation seems to be the greatest for the mandibular ramus height and horizontal facial asymmetry. ........doctor says our facial bone is predetermined and never changes but I read that can anybody teach me whats that then?

Yes facial bones are predertermined and usually don't change that much but yes environment also has some effects.. but not significant Why you want to know this? Is there something you are stressed about? I can help you better , if I know the whole matter
