Bone pain in legs and hand
I am a 25 year of female.I started having bone pain 1 week back, starting in legs below knees.The pain is not continuous,it is sharp,it occurs for few mins and goes away,not taken any painkillers or medicine regarding this.Now I have also experiencing pain in my left hand,below elbow.The area of pain is not only specifically in joints,but as a whole involving joints.What should I do??

You pain seems to be related to nerve. There may be some compression of nerves. But nothing serious as per your symptoms.

Take analgesic for a week Tab Pregabid 75 mg at night , if still there is pain add one tablet in morning also ( this tablet may cause drowsiness in some ) Gradually build up on activity. ( walking/ jogging) Back and neck exercises. Maintain proper posture. If problems persist consult a specialist
