Hello dear
Thanks for reaching out.
Your condition doesnt seem like a passing pain. Your underlying problems need to be identified and addressed properly.
I suspect you might have an underlying arthritis which needs to be investigated and addressed.

You pain seems to be related to nerve. There may be some compression of nerves.
But nothing serious as per your symptoms.
Next Steps
Take analgesic for a week
Tab Pregabid 75 mg at night , if still there is pain add one tablet in morning also ( this tablet may cause drowsiness in some )
Gradually build up on activity. ( walking/ jogging)
Back and neck exercises.
Maintain proper posture.
If problems persist consult a specialist
