I am the patient of Dr. Raj Clinic. I feel pain in my knee so I informed Dr. Trivedi about this and doctor said it's due to lack of
calcium so he gave me few tablets to increase calcium. But in order to absorb calcium I would need
Vitamin D and that be obtained if I take sunlight. Doctor had said I need to sit in Sun for 10-15 minutes between 7-8 am which I am doing. But when I checked on internet it says the best time to take sunlight is between 11 am- 2 pm. So I just need this clarification.
