Bone pain.
I am the patient of Dr. Raj Clinic. I feel pain in my knee so I informed Dr. Trivedi about this and doctor said it's due to lack of calcium so he gave me few tablets to increase calcium. But in order to absorb calcium I would need Vitamin D and that be obtained if I take sunlight. Doctor had said I need to sit in Sun for 10-15 minutes between 7-8 am which I am doing. But when I checked on internet it says the best time to take sunlight is between 11 am- 2 pm. So I just need this clarification.

As you have searched best time to take sunlight is when rays are straight may be around noon. The purpose of exposure to sunlight is to convert inactive bit d in our skin to active form which helps calcium to get absorbed.
