Hi dr I noticed this pimple on my vagina yesterday evening It's slightly painful to touch and uncomfortable to sit It's surrounding was red with a shiny white tip Then it burst on its own and this yellow greenish white thing came out Then it drained on its own. It looks like this now Is this something to worry It's still painful to touch How did I get it suddenly I didn't have it before What is it dr pls help I'm very scared
