Boil-like rashes over testicle areas

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I noticed some itching a couple a weeks ago and saw my roommate was doing the same from past one week. Initially it started with itching from bums and underlying area, but now I can see rashes over my testicles and a couple on my penis tip, also some on bums. Not active in sex, and I first thought it is a fungal infection, but now its increasing. I think it could be from my roommate as he uses the same toilet and bed as I do. Please advise a medication or procedure I should follow to cure this.
