  4. Boil in underarm. Painful day by day!

Boil in underarm
I have developed a boil in the underarm area, its hard and roundcon the touch. Havent developed any white head indicating sign of pus formation. The region is a bit swollen. It occured after I had scratched the area the previous day. Its there since 3-4 days, and its becoming painful day by day
