Gluteal abscess incision and drainage has been done.Sometimes if loculi are not opened up some amount of pus usually doesnt drain and t would further progress.and c/s antibiotic s better option than using drugs emprically.Inspection of wound would somewat help in finding out the status of wound.

Get wound swab culture and drug sensitivity done to start  suitable  broad spectrum antibiotics. Daily  wound  dressing with  EUSOL. If possible  get ultrasound gluteal region to rule out any sinus  tracts
