Bodyspots,weakness,joint pain,noapetite
I have been feeling weakness and have considerably low apetite.I have joint pain specially in fingers and pain in back of the head.I previous had red spots on my body like bug bite but now they are more like bruises all over my legs without any injury. I feel dizzy and my blood pressure is constantly low. I have attached the picture of red spots I have all over my body and bruises too. Kindly suggest what is the problem .

If you have history of  easy bruisability  with minor trauma/ or without trauma or easy fatigability...kindly consult for further personal history ...may be bcz of low counts( platelets) Other signs can also be due do anemia

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like weakness, joint pain and low appetite. Rashes on the body can be due some allergy issue or due to low platlet count and diagnosis can be purpura . Take treatment as follow as 1-Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 1- Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 day after food for pain 3- Tab Azikem 250mg 1 time per day after food . 4- Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 day after food. 5- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week after food. 6- Tab Carrica Pappya 3 time per day for 1 week after food for platlet count. You should go for some test like CBC ESR LFT and Lipid profile and KFT and CRP and Thyroid profile.

Need to know further details and get done vita B12&D3& calcuim level check. You can take CYP-L syp 200ml tds for 15 days If you're taking any  medication then avoid this syrup and consult me first on practo.
