My wife is 13 weeks 4 days pregnant as per LMP.. her body weight is not increasing as i heard that it should be increase after 12 weeks.. there is any problem in my baby?? Please clarify it.. there is anything to worry??

First trimester weight does not usually increase .hopefully it will start increasing.dont worry.let her take proper home made normal diet.

Nothing to worry , just maintain proper diet, weight gain is more towards end of second and then further in third trimester. Some patients even lose weight in first trimester due to vomitting, nausea  etc.
