I have lost 24 kg body weight in last 11 months and do regular exercise. I am experiencing general weakness, shakiness and fast heart beat on some days from last couple of months. I have noticed that this generally happen a day next to when I workout and have sex same day. I general I walk 10000 to 12000 steps every day. I also experience the same on the days when I am late for breakfast. On these days I feel very low, shaky with no strength in body. What can be cause?
I don't have any medical condition. My bp is under 120/80,
Fasting blood sugar: 90, Random Blood sugar(1 hour after eating 125 to 130)
