New onset of weakness of the body can be due to flare up of the disease per se ...or any side effect of medication ...or ageing relatex... Is she on treatment for rheumatoid arthritis? If so what all drugs is she taking?...because we can handle side effects better if we know the drugs... Are there increase in joint pains?..or any other symptoms? For now hydrate her well ( do not over hydrate if she is a cardiac  or kidney patient)...have high protein diet , calcium supplemets...
Next Steps
if symptoms doesn't resolve needs further evaluation with blood tests like CBC , ESR, ,sugars
