Body temperature warm

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Sir/madam, I'm 32 yr old male height 5ft7in and 73kg weight. With no medical history. For last one month my body temperature is slightly warm , more than usual. Also my hand palm and foot palm also feeling warm. What can be reason for that. Thank you
