Body temperature is 99
Morning and night temp normal 98.4-6 but elevates during afternoon amd evening to 99 and sometimes 99.2 from last 2-3 days. Do I need to get RT PCR test done. No other symptom and feeling totally normal otherwise.

In the evening temp may reach upro 100 But there are no constitutional symptoms like Bodyche , headsche etc If constitutional symptoms are present , you should undergo investigations If you have history of contact with covid pt , then you will need  covid test
