My body temp fluctuating from last two days between 98.6 to 100.3. Mostly max temp goes up to 99.7 ocasicanlly its touches 100.3. I have no other symptoms. I am taking dolo 500 mg , limce and Zimocvit twice daily. Pl advice way forward .
