Body skin dryness

My body skin becomes extremely dry in winter..i use body oil body lotion..bt nothing works..for an hour after applying those that was okay..but after that again i feel same..skin becomes dry white. Looks so bad..my whole body except my face.. specially my legs and back..pls suggest something..dat will be helpful.. thank you
