Is it okay to have frequent back pain at 18? Sometimes it also get worse. Is it something serious? I also get weakness symptoms like randomly sar ghoomna. Am i weak? Do I need to take multivitamins? And today I was having extreme head ache, it felt like my head will burst out.Am i okay?

Frequent headache can be due to poor posture, try correcting your posture while you sit and lifting weights, you can try physiotherapy such as back, strengthening. Your headaches can be due to stress or eye strain. Kindly consult if your symptoms get worse

You are certainly not o.k. Any symptom indicates that  there is some underlying problem. Get Haemoglobin, complete blood count, blood sugar fasting and post meal,  serum calcium, vit. B12, vitamin D3, thyroid profile done. Also get eye check up done. Share  results of tests, so that I can help you further. Till then  take tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 5 days  , tab supradyn one morning and one evening for a month, tab stugeron 25mg one every 8 hours for 7 days. Consult online with results.

Frequent back pain is not ok at age of 18 Please sit proplery uptight with straight spine Limit weight related activities Have a balanced diet and avoid stress and regularly exercise 15-20 min/stretching 2-3 times a week For more details please consult Best Regards,
