  4. Body pain and weakness. I should take?

Body pain and weakness
When I got up yesterday morning I was feeling little throat pain. I took the Azicip yesterday afternoon. Yesterday evening I was feeling feverish and cold. Body pain, headache, specially neck and back pain. I took cetrezene yesterday night. My throat is ok this morning, no fever. But I am having body body pain specially neck and shoulder pain and feeling low. Which tablets I should take?
