Body pain and fever

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My 3 year old had fever for 4 days now fever is not there but cough and body pain is there, he is complaining of leg pain and don't want to walk , he didn't eat well during fever, is it because of weakness? He told him to walk but he is not walking like he used to , throwing his legs when walking. Will it resolve? Or something serious?

As baby is not putting leg and theowing it, requires examination of legs.... As fever subside then no major worries... Kindly share video of walking or throwing legs...
