Body inflammation due to stomach issues.

Hi, I have stomach burning sensation very often even with bland diet. Whenever stomach burns, body also starts to show the inflammation(feeling internal fever with body burning sensation) and more urination occurs immediately till it clears the inflammation.did endoscopy 8 months before and I had mild gastritis that time. I also have IBS problem motion sensation for some foods like sweet fruits and sweets, spicy foods. Blood report shows everything normal. Only ESR is slightly high 32 mm. Urine culture report also normal. One of the gastro said I have leaky gut. Please anyone help how to find out the exact issue and is there any test to find out leaky gut. Desperately need your help.
