Body gets stiff and gets unconscious

My husband starts yawning a lot and the suddenly his body gets stiff, I mean a lot he does not move for 10 minutes and in those 10 minutes he gets unconscious too , after that when he gets normal he doesn't remember that what was happening to him. Can you please help ?
